OWNING A HOME . . . what are some of the key advantages?
Building Equity - unlike renting, home ownership allows you to build equity every month. While renting, that money just fattens the pocketbook of the landlord or management company. You NEVER get that rent money back!😭😔
Long-Term Investment - owning a home is typically the most significant investment people make and is a fantastic way to grow their wealth/create generational wealth. I just sent potential sellers their estimated proceeds and it exceeded 180K after only 6 years of owning!💰💵
Predictable Monthly Payments - rent prices can increase, and often do, from year to year. A fixed-rate mortgage allows homeowners to rest easy with predictable monthly payments. Peace of mind is everything!🧘‍♀️☮️
Freedom to Make Your Space Your Own - enjoy personalizing your space and customize it to fit your lifestyle and personal taste. No permission needed!🎨🖌️
If you are looking to take advantage of these benefits, give me a call!
