People make the difference in our business at Pace like so many businesses.

Today, we would like to spotlight Vicki Hollis, a servant leader who loves helping others and making things better.

Per the words of co-worker, Charlie Fonville, “Vicki is not only detail-oriented, she makes sure that the information she receives is always well documented and clearly conveyed to others to help make each task clearly understood and seamless. Simply said, Vicki is the ultimate team player and rockstar!”

Thanks, Vicki for all you do to make Team Pace better.

The Shannon Woods pool and clubhouse, built for longtime client Lennar Homes, mark another noteworthy lifestyle project completed by Pace Building Group. Set amidst a beautiful mountain backdrop in Maiden, NC., these amenities, including a playground and fitness center, offer residents plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy fitness, fun, and community gatherings.

We're grateful to Lennar Homes for their partnership and to all the Pace team members who worked hard to deliver this outstanding collection of amenities.

Welcome Ethan Hardesty, a 2026 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville construction management program, to Pace Building Group. Starting as an assistant project manager Ethan will oversee and support construction of both custom homes and amenities for Pace clients.

Growing up in the Waxhaw area, Ethan has always enjoyed building and worked summers in the industry before graduating from UT and becoming part of our team. Outside of his work, Ethan loves fishing, s***t shooting, golf and watching UFC.

Welcome to Team Pace, Ethan.

We are Growing!!!
Last week, we gathered Team Pace over breakfast to share some exciting news, we are expanding our office!
Adding some much-needed space and giving our headquarters a fresh update. We also brought out the idea board so everyone could weigh in on the new space.
We are just getting started, but the excitement is already building.
More space. Fresh ideas. Same Team Pace.

Take a short look at this video, and you will see why so many residents have fallen in love with the Griffith Lakes community center. Built on behalf of Toll Brothers, Griffith Lakes’s clubhouse, pool, fitness center, playground, and floating dock feel both resort-like and perfectly suited for their setting adjacent to the community’s signature lake, woods, and trails. Can’t wait to see the kayaks and canoes soon to launch there.
