🏡 AND THE WINNER IS… REBECCA JANE! 🎉🔑

Remember our little guessing game? 👀 Well, THIS is the one!

After 8 months of searching, my relocating clients finally found their perfect match! ❤️🏡

I LOVE playing real estate matchmaker and helping families find that missing piece of the puzzle! 🧩✨

Know someone relocating to Charlotte? Send them my way! I’d love to help them find THE ONE! 🏡❤️

8 months later… we CLOSED. 🔑🥳

This deal had just about everything: probate, title issues, an out-of-country heir, old liens and mortgages… and the list goes on.

But this is exactly when having the right agent matters most, when things don’t go according to plan.

Another investment in my client’s future, and now the transformation begins. 👀

Thinking about buying your first home or your next investment in the Charlotte area?

📩 DM me “NEXT MOVE” and let’s build your real estate plan.
