If you are looking at new construction or a one-time-close path, the builder credit is only one part of the decision. The land, site work, permit timing, draw schedule, appraisal, reserves, closing costs, and final payment all need to be reviewed together.

The useful review starts before you are locked into the wrong monthly number. Send the land or address, builder package, build budget, target payment, and timeline.
