For us, Halloween is more about candy corn and pumpkins than spooky and scary ... but we do love movies.

Some of you may think it’s scary that we like candy corn. LOL

Anyway, we did this for Christmas - so we thought it’d be fun to do for Halloween too.

Remember, this is just for fun and does not include every community that we love.

What are some of your favorites? Let’s chat.

👋 We’re Jim and Sandra, and we love our hometown, Summerville - especially during the holidays.

Thinking about buying a home in 2027? Good news...

You don’t need to have anything figured out yet. Swipe to see what you can do now.

If buying/selling keep coming up at your dinner table - let’s talk.

We’ll map out a plan that works best for you.

Millennial gray had a long run, but today’s homes are feeling warmer, richer, and a lot more personal.

Color drenching is leading the shift, with walls, trim, and even ceilings wrapped in one deep shade, like a study in olive green or a bedroom in warm terracotta.

Wallpaper is back in a big way too, and not the tiny accent wall version. Think botanical prints in a powder room or a moody floral behind the bed.

Tile has turned into the statement piece of the kitchen and bath, from handmade zellige in soft glazes to checkerboard floors that feel classic and playful at the same time.

And the new neutrals lean warm: creamy whites, mushroom, camel, and browns with actual depth to them.

The truth is, home design should always come down to personal preference first. If gray still makes you happy, there is nothing wrong with that. Trends are inspiration, not law.

If you are ready for a change, paint is one of the least expensive ways to make a major impact in your home.

If you want to list in March, you have to start prepping now.

But don’t stress over having everything in order. Start outdoors first. Think maximum curb appeal.

We can book an exterior only photo shoot to capture your home at its best - before the green grass goes dormant.

From there, we work backward: repairs before the New Year, decluttering and paperwork in January, final prep and staging in February, then a fully prepared launch in March, ahead of the competition.

Planning early means giving yourself time to do it right.

Thinking about selling in early before everything’s in bloom? Send us a DM and let’s start building your timeline!

Maybe you followed me because we’ve worked together. Or maybe it’s because you are curious about local real estate.

Or maybe you have no idea why you followed me and you’re currently wondering who I am 😂

But no matter how you got here, I am grateful!

Together with my wife & marketing manager, Sandra we’re here to share our love of our hometown…

I am a Summerville native and she’s is a Chicago transplant.

Think of this page as your connection to Summerville, from folks who genuinely love being part of it.

The best stories are the ones you get to live in.

Picture it. A tree-lined street. White picket fence. A front porch built for morning coffee and for neighbors who actually stop to talk.

Step inside and this Sassafras plan by Stanley Martin does what good ranch design is supposed to do: it flows. Foyer to primary suite, open-concept living without losing an ounce of the charm that makes single-story life so easy to love.

As you step back outside, the story keeps going:
🌿 Trails, greenspaces, gardens, and parks
🛶 A 95-acre freshwater lake for kayaking, canoeing, & fishing
💦 A pool with a splash pad
🍑 Farmers markets & food truck days
🍽️ The Corner House neighborhood restaurant, where friends become family over dinner

And after a long day? Take comfort knowing you get to call this home.

Come see what your next chapter could look like...
