We have a tenant at our 1011 Woodlawn location who is looking to find a sublease for their apartment through July 24, 2027, with the possibility of renewing for the following year. The move-in date is flexible. As always, all of our properties have a washer and dryer on site, trash included as well as lawn care. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This unit wouldn’t have been possible without the help of S.A.W Construction. It was a big group effort between them and the owners of JB Bell Properties. We are thankful that they have been doing jobs for us over the last few years and plan on many more to come! Out of the 10 units we flipped the last few weeks, this one gets the most improved!
