Our Annual Halloween/Fall Decoration Photo Contest! A little different this year... it will be on both Facebook & Instagram. Each place will have a 1st & 2nd place. 1st gets a $25 Visa gift card & 2nd place gets a $20 Merrit's gift card. If you win in 1 place you can't win in the other.

Even Dough is a lovely bakery nestled in the heart of Carrboro. You can easily make your way to this delightful spot from Laurel Ridge Apartments by car, bus, or with a refreshing 30-minute walk.

By car, the quickest way to Even Dough is by turning right onto Highway 54, taking the first exit to turn left onto Merritt Mill Road, turn right onto Smith-Level Road and continue straight until you crest the hill. Go past the stop light in front of the Police Department, and turn left onto Weaver Street at the next light. Keep an eye out for the signs, because the bakery is pleasantly tucked away behind some lovely greenery.

Stop by 8am-Noon Tomorrow (Friday, August 28th), as 50% of their proceeds from that timeframe will be going to PORCH! Delicious dessert/pastry & a good cause!
