🍎 Stribling Orchard near Markham — because apple picking and that gorgeous mountain scenery just scream fall in the Shenandoah Valley.

🍁 Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park — for those mountain views, colorful leaves, and the kind of quiet that makes you forget about your to-do list for a little while.

🍏 The Apple House in Linden — because apple butter donuts are practically a fall tradition around here. And yes, I’m absolutely stopping for a treat!

Bonus points if you squeeze in Marker-Miller Orchards in Wi******er for pumpkins, apple goodies, and all the fall farm-market fun. 🍎

POV: you want to be in a new home before Christmas. Here’s the timeline that actually gets you there.
Right now through mid October: get pre approved and start touring seriously.
Late October: have an offer in, ideally accepted.
November: inspections, appraisal, financing, the paperwork stretch.
🎄Early to mid December: closing and move in, if everything stays on track.
It’s tight, but it’s absolutely doable if you start now instead of after Thanksgiving.
