We sponsored 25 children and each child received several gifts, including clothes, shoes and toys!! Thank you to Donna Aker and Diana Tringali for organizing the event, putting up the tree, and delivering the gifts. Also, a big thank you to all the employees who donated - this is what the holidays are all about! And for the third time, our Maryland office organized their own Angel Tree as well! Thank you to Quinn Odorizzi for taking the lead. Our Maryland team sponsored 23 children, with each child getting a winter coat, at least one pair of shoes, at least one outfit, and three "toy wishes"!

Who do we (McIntosh Farms owners) speak with about our issues? None of the current reported problems are resolved, and according to CMCA Rep, Hannah, they want to push everything off until their transition, and owners take control. Is this standard business practice for your company? There are current issues that require attention before the transition takes place. We need to speak to someone in charge to assist..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. I'm still stewing of level of incompetence this company displayed while representing my community. Complete breach of contract. Incompetent staff, screwed up our community financials, unpaid vendors, etc. The President of CMC Management, John Tsitos is worthless and does absolutely nothing. This company is so bad, I will literally throw a party when they inevitably go under.
Very disappointed with the management of our neighborhood. Won't answer phone calls, e-mails, respond to voicemails or messages. Whoever gives this company high praises must have all the amazing customer service only on their side.

Thank you for using the Better Business Bureau's Online Complaint System. Your complaint has been assigned case # 91421107. Correspondence regarding this complaint will be emailed to : [email protected] Please print a copy of this for your records. Filed on : August 20 2017 Filed by : Marvin Iavecchia 13777 Ulysses St Woodbridge VA 22191 Filed against : Associa 4840 Westfields Blvd STE 300 Chantilly VA 20151-4219 Complaint Description: Associa CMC fails to maintain neighborhood sidewalks in accordance with VDOT or ADAAG standards. Breach of contract to maintain. The Belmont Bay Community in Woodbridge VA is managed by Associa Community Management Corporation. In addition to on site manager salaries, the homeonwners also pay about $100K annually to Associa CMC for burden/overhead of some sort. We are not clear what that cost is. For many years, they have properly maintained the community sidewalks in and around the marina area which are actually brick paver sidewalks. But we started noticing in the last year or two, significant neglect and failure to maintain the sidewalks. Brick pavers are coming loose and many areas of the sidewalks are so unlevel (up to 3-6 inches) due to missing bricks or tree roots that were not removed earlier on causing the sidewalk to abruptly raise up in so many areas. The sidewalks are a danger to children, elderly and disabled. The association is not managing the maintenance of them in accordance with VDOT or ADAAG standards. I have been asking the association and CMC to fix the problem since last year, but they have failed to do anything at all. This is not only a safety issue, but the lack of maintenance on sidewalks is destroying property values, aesthetics and appeal of our once beautiful community. Associa CMC is not living up to their own Mission Statement: "Delivering unsurpassed management and lifestyle services to communities worldwide." Your Desired Resolution: **Request Associa CMC provide any written directives from the Board Members directing them to stop maintaining the community brick paver sidewalks. **Written copy of Associa CMC communication to the Board Members informing them of State and Prince William County requirements to maintain the sidewalks in accordance with VDOT standards, or ADAAG standards. **Written copy from Associa CMC detailing/itemizing exactly what the ~$100K annual charge to the community is for. **Written copy from Associa CMC and Belmont Bay HOA explaining when and why they stopped maintaining the sidewalks in accordance with VDOT or ADAAG standards. And why, despite the requirement to do so in the management contract, did they stop. **written copy from Associa CMC or Belmont Bay HOA explaining when they will repair the sidewalks in accordance with County, State and VDOT / ADAAG standards. **partial management fee refund for 2016 and 2017 for failure to comply with management contract and maintain our community. **Immediately clearly mark all dangerous sidewalk areas where disabled, elderly or children may trip or fall. **Immediately dismiss on site property manager Laura Weesner 703-494-0440 [email protected] **Associal CMC HOA Division Director is Brian Lord, 703-230-8592 [email protected] **Request Belmont Bay HOA re-compete the property management company that knows how to maintain our neighborhood and doesn't charge an annual ~$100K overhead/burden rate to homeowners.
