A job can last a day. Your reputation can keep working for years. ๐
During his onboarding, Nicholas shared something that really stood out: he has customers who still recommend him on Nextdoor a year or two after he's worked for them.
Think about that.
The relationship didn't end when the job was finished. The experience was memorable enough that people continued putting his name forward.
Nicholas also shared that he believes tradespeople have a responsibility to educate their customersโnot simply sell them something. He takes time to understand what a customer actually wants to accomplish and explain the options.
That's the bigger lesson behind this month's Business Builder series.
**Reputation. Leadership. Systems. Customer experience. Follow-up. Referrals.**
These aren't separate boxes to check. They're connected parts of building a business people trust.
At Trusted Pro Connect, we want to help pros build businesses that do more than win the next job. We want to build businesses people feel confident recommending.
