Maddox Land Group is now an Independent Sponsoring Brokerage Firm!

Clayton has really grown the Land Brokerage business over the past several years and felt it was time to move completely independent. Clayton Maddox is now the Designated Managing Broker and is excited to see the growth that will continue from this move.

This will go nearly unnoticeable to a consumer. The only noticeable change will be an even more aggressive commission structure, allowing a landowner to hold onto a little more of their sale proceeds!
