We are proud to share that our CEO Gozen Hartman co-hosted AppFolio's invitation-only Visionnaire executive program at the 2026 FUTURE Conference alongside Stacy Holden, Vice President and Industry Principal at AppFolio.

Gozen joined Travis Bryant of Anthropic and Brad Hargreaves of Thesis Driven for a discussion that examined AI through the lens of emerging technology, industry analysis, and real-world operations. She also co-hosted an executive leadership session featuring Kristin Schaff of Bluestone Real Estate Services and Dan Rubenstein of Hampton Management Associates.

Last week, members of Fairlawn's senior leadership team joined industry peers at the AppFolio FUTURE conference to explore the trends, technology, and ideas shaping the future of property management. They were energized by the opportunity to learn from and connect with leaders from across the industry. Gozen also managed to bring home a new title: AppFolio Property Management Game Show Champion!

As an added bonus, the timing aligned perfectly with a Cubs playoff game in San Diego, giving our team a chance to enjoy some postseason excitement together.

Our Fairlawners returned home with fresh perspectives, new ideas, and plenty of inspiration as we continue creating better places for our residents, team members, and communities.

Each quarter, our departments gather as a team to reflect on progress, align on goals, and plan for the quarter ahead. As part of that time together, each team also has the opportunity to connect outside the office through a shared experience, whether that's a lunch, activity, dinner, or outing. This quarter, our Investments Team enjoyed an evening at Wrigley Field!

Recently, we celebrated another successful turn season at our annual Turn Party! In just a few short weeks, our incredible teams turned more than 1,100 units in our Champaign-Urbana home market, which is no small feat.

We’re excited to announce two new additions to the Mahomet business community!

🌟Wingstop is coming to Churchill Commons! Construction is currently underway on this 1,700 sqft. project and will be located right next to Papa Johns.

🌟The Candy Kernel, which will be serving up candy, sweet treats, and Del's Popcorn, is joining us at Eastwood Center.

These two businesses are great additions to Mahomet and we can't wait for them to open their doors!

Happy 11th Birthday, Fairlawn!

To celebrate our anniversary, we crowned the winners of our company-wide cake decorating contest. Congratulations to our Project Management & Construction Services team, whose incredible creation took home Most Creative and Best Overall Design!

As we reflect on the past 11 years, we are grateful to our employees, residents, partners, and everyone who has been part of our journey so far. Here's to many more amazing years ahead! 🎉
