Happy Closing Day, the perfect ending to a busy week! Love working with first time home buyers, let's sit down and have a chat, it doesn’t have to be weird! 🤣

I loved helping this family find their home! They were the perfect clients to get back into the swing of things and I can't wait to work with more First Time Home Buyers but I will miss working with this little family!

🔴🏡🔴HAPPY CLOSING DAY🔴🏡🔴
Congratulations to First Time Home Buyers, Alex & Arista, I'm so thankful that I got to meet your family and was able to help find a great home for you! I hope you & the boys love Moravia, and I can't wait to see all of your updates!
AND congratulations to our Seller on the sale of your home, thank you for trusting Bogle Realty to get your home SOLD, it was great working with everyone!

I'm still here I promise! We are in thick of it! We've had 10 listings so far this month and I think we've had 14 accepted offers since this weekend - all but two of those were our listings!

Social Media is sort of my thing from 8-5 so the last thing I want to do is come home and do it! 🤣☠️

What I have been doing is showing homes, sending out market analysis, following-up with leads, and getting ready for my first closing this week with my first Bogle Realty buyer!

What I would like- My first Bogle Realty LISTING!

I want to put my ideas to the test and am challenging myself to get a LISTING & get it UNDER CONTRACT within the next 30 days!!! AND it's a great time for seller's to take advantage of the momentum of this Spring market!

Help a girl out and send any potential sellers my way. Or message me their info. and I will happily reach out to them!
