In the early stages, we’ll break down the home buying process to get a feel for what it’ll look like! No two home buying experiences are the same, but it’s a good reference for what to expect.
You’ll receive my Home Buyer Guide along with other helpful resources. My Home Buyer Guide includes the entire process in detail, Lender recommendations, & additional information.
Once we’ve talked about your home buying goals, move forward with a lender and get pre-approved, we’ll get you set up on the MLS (multiple service listing) portal to view homes available in the area within your criteria… then it’s time to start seeing homes! The most fun!🤍🤍
Once we find a home you love, we write up an offer on it & once it gets accepted, we’re under contract!
We’ll go through the inspection process, appraisal, title work, etc. once all contingencies have been met and we’re clear to close, next stop is closing day !
We’ll do a final walkthrough and sign closing documents, then the home you love is officially yours! 🗝️🏡
