🍪 Dough Day!! Because Christmas is busy enough without making every cookie from scratch at the last minute!

If you know me, you know I LOVE being organized. And during the holiday season? That organization goes to a whole new level! 🎁

One of my favorite holiday traditions is what I lovingly call “Dough Day!” 🍪 I spend a day prepping and freezing most of the cookie dough I’ll need for Christmas. That way, when the holidays get closer, I can enjoy the fun of baking fresh cookies without all the last-minute chaos!

A little planning now = a much sweeter, less stressful Christmas later. 🙌

Plus, there’s something so satisfying about opening the freezer and knowing you’re already one step ahead of the holiday craziness! 🎅

💌 Want some of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes? Send me a DM! I’d love to share them with you!

I had such a great time learning fluid art with Sandi Cresswell last night at simply made here !

Honestly, the process was easier than I expected, and the pumpkins turned out SO pretty! ✨ It’s always fun to try something new, get a little creative, and meet amazing local makers!

I love finding little gems like this right in our own backyard!

Have you checked out the updated playground at Centennial Park South in Ellicott City yet? We have such a great spot here! It’s fun, welcoming, and inclusive for kids with a variety of abilities. What a great addition to our community!

One of my favorite things about living in Howard County is discovering places like this that make it such a wonderful place for families. It’s one more reason I love calling this area home and helping others find their place here, too! 🏡

Real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about building a community that feels like home!

And that’s exactly why I LOVE hosting local events!
I’m busy prepping for Saturday’s Fall Family Photo Event with Plum & Fern Photography and of course, I had to put together a little something special for everyone attending!

These goodie bags are packed with fun surprises to keep the kiddos entertained, happy, and energized for their photo sessions. Because let’s be honest… getting that perfect family photo with little ones can be an adventure!

As a local Howard County Realtor, one of my favorite things is connecting families, supporting small businesses, and creating opportunities for our community to make memories together.

I can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday and capture a little fall magic!

Want more house without stretching your budget? Don’t overlook a duplex!

If a detached single-family home feels just out of reach, a duplex can be a smart next step—giving you more space, style, and the features you want at a potentially lower price point.

✨ Spacious living areas
✨ Stylish finishes
✨ More home for your money
✨ A great alternative to a detached home

For buyers searching for affordable homes in Howard County, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Maryland areas, it’s worth expanding your search beyond traditional single-family homes.

Sometimes the home that checks the most boxes isn’t the one you expected!

Want to know more about this listing? Send me a message or get in touch! I’d be happy to share the details, answer your questions, and help you see if this could be the right fit for you.

Last night was SO MUCH FUN!

Our Loud Beads Keychain Wristlet Workshop in Columbia, MD was everything I hoped it would be—creative, colorful, lots of laughs, delicious pizza, drinks, and such a fun group of people!

I loved getting to bring everyone together for a fun night out and create something they can actually take home and enjoy. 🥰 A huge thank you to Loud Beads | Julie and Cushwa & Rad Pies Taproom - Detroit Style Pizza & Brewery for collaborating with me and making the night so special!

One of my favorite parts of being a Howard County Realtor is creating opportunities to connect with my clients, friends, and local community outside of real estate.

If you’re looking for fun events in Howard County, Columbia MD activities, local workshops, or ways to connect with your community, make sure you’re following along—there’s more fun coming this fall!

And if you came last night…THANK YOU for being there! 🫶 Tell me: what should we create at the next event?!
