Buying or selling in the Triangle? What's happening just a few miles away could be completely different from your neighborhood!
If you've been wondering what's happening in Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the surrounding areas, here's what the latest housing market reports are telling us.
📍 Raleigh & Durham: Asking prices are coming down, homes are taking longer to sell and buyers have more options to choose from.
📍 Apex & Cary: Sellers still have the advantage! Apex is seeing a slower sales pace, but both communities continue to attract buyers.
📍 Holly Springs & Fuquay-Varina: Buyers are still competing for available homes. Holly Springs is seeing higher asking prices, while Fuquay-Varina's prices have softened.
📍 Garner & Morrisville: Asking prices are down in both areas, but homes are selling faster in Garner and taking longer in Morrisville.
📍 Clayton & Wendell: Clayton remains relatively balanced, while Wendell continues to favor sellers despite more homes becoming available.
📍 Wake Forest & Research Triangle Park: Both areas still favor sellers, even with asking prices lower than last year.
📍 Zebulon: Buyers have the advantage, with more room to explore their options.
✍️ Just because asking prices are falling doesn't mean every neighborhood is becoming a buyer's market. Some communities are still seeing strong competition, while others are giving buyers more flexibility.
✍️ And if you're thinking about selling, understanding what's happening in your specific neighborhood can make all the difference.
