UNDER CONTRACT! 🏡

“We’re not in a hurry, but we’re actively looking.”

That’s been my clients’ approach over the past couple of months. We’ve been looking at homes together, keeping an eye out for one that felt worth making the move.

This one did. ❤️

They felt this was the perfect home to move up to, and I’m so excited we were able to secure it for them! There’s still work to do before closing, but they already have so much to look forward to.

Congratulations to my buyers, and thank you for trusting me along the way!

Thinking about your next move, even if you’re in no hurry? I’d love to hear what you’re looking for.

Just a couple weeks ago, we were celebrating Shelby’s first closing with the C.A. Lamb Team. Now she’s already back at the closing table for #2.

But what makes me proud isn’t just the number.

I’ve gotten to watch Shelby learn, ask questions, work through the uncomfortable parts of starting a real estate career, and keep showing up for her clients. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before someone ever gets to post the “CLOSED” picture.

Shelby, I’m proud of you. You earned this one.

Two down, and we’re just getting started. Keep going. ❤️🔑

🏡✨ CLOSED! ✨🏡

Round two! 🥹❤️ My second closing as a REALTOR® and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Every client, every conversation, every showing, and every closing reminds me why I love what I do. Getting to help someone reach such a huge milestone is truly an honor, and I’m so thankful for the trust my clients place in me to be a part of their journey. 🏡🔑

Two closings down, and I’m just getting started! 🤍

A huge thank you to my amazing clients, my C. A. Lamb Team family, and everyone who continues to support me. I truly couldn’t do this without you!

Who’s ready to be next? 😉🔑

Huge news for our area: Canton-Massillon was ranked #3 in the nation in the latest WSJ/Realtor.com Housing Market Ranking.

That means our local market is getting recognized on a national level for opportunity, stability, and overall strength.

For sellers, this is a great time to talk strategy and position your home to stand out.
For buyers, it’s a reminder that the right guidance can make all the difference.

I’m proud to help people in this market every day, and I’d love to be your resource if you’re thinking about making a move.
If you’re not ready yourself, I’d be grateful if you shared this with someone who is.

We took some time to celebrate some of our clients we’ve helped over the last 12 months, new vendors we have begun to work with, and the families of our employees at the Akron Rubber Ducks game over the weekend!

The Rubber Ducks hit a grand slam to come back down 3 in the final inning! Talk about a nail biter.

Our goal is to honor those who have helped play a part in our success this year & to keep in touch with those who have impacted us deeply.

Thank you to William Dawes, our Gold sponsor & lender partner, Samantha Pritchard-Lephew with our title partners at American Title Solutions, and to our inspection team we use at Proprecise Property Inspections for being our Silver sponsors this year!

Your sponsorship has made a tremendous impact and we are proud to be in business with you!

We would love to see you at our next event. Call us with your real estate needs 🙂
