September in a nutshell:

• 2 closings! One seller and one first-time homebuyer
• 2 buyer consultations! One in person and one via Zoom
• Calvert County Fair with friends
• Lots of time with my niece and nephew! Girlie loves taking pictures so yes she caught me playing with magna tiles…and yes I love them 😅
• A trip to Philly for our friends’ wedding! We decided to make a weekend of it with a Phillies game and a stop at the Rocky statue
• Showed some beautiful homes!
• We’re currently obsessed with playing Rummy in our household
• Calvert High football games
• Met with an appraiser
• LOTS of scheduling and coordinating contractors to get repairs completed
• Life & Death & Giants: 4-star read
• Sister trip for my wedding dress alterations appointment
• Having a sourdough stand just minutes from my house is dangerous

Such an honor getting to help my friends, Kyle and Michelle, buy their first home AND a home that has been in their family for years. There’s something so special about getting to keep a home in the family while starting a new chapter of their own there! 🤍🏡🥹

We had a few delays along the way, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and it all worked out!

HUGE shoutout to my amazing title girl Zanna Clayton for going above and beyond to get this one to the closing table yesterday. Thank you for always working so hard!

And thank you, Geoff Ricker, for all of your help throughout the process. It was great working with you!

I’m so happy for you both and can’t wait for all the memories you’re going to make there!

God’s plan, all in His timing. The homes that didn’t work out led them exactly where they were supposed to be.

Deanna and Matthew, I’m so grateful for you both and your trust. It’s been such a fun home buying journey with you two! So beyond happy for you and your new home!! I wouldn’t have wanted to almost get my car towed for anyone else 😂🤍
