If you’ve been waiting for a solid brick ranch with a great yard, you’ll want to check this one out. 👀

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, beautiful original hardwood floors throughout the main level, an attached garage, and a partially finished basement that gives you plenty of extra space.

And the backyard might be my favorite part. It’s big, flat, and actually usable, with a pergola-covered deck that’s perfect for morning coffee, summer dinners, or just hanging out outside.

The home still has a lot of its original character, so there’s plenty of opportunity to make it your own over time without taking away from what’s already great about it.

Plus, the Renfrew location gives you a quieter setting while still being really convenient to Butler and the surrounding areas.

119 Marshall Dr, Renfrew, PA 16050
3 Bedrooms | 2 Full Baths
$235,000

Sometimes I say to myself, “ordinary Realtors don’t post content like this.”

And then I remember I’ve never really wanted to do real estate the “ordinary” way anyway.

This picture was taken during a showing when my buyer’s little boy decided he wanted me to hold him. So… naturally, I finished the showing with a toddler on my hip. 😂

And honestly, this feels a lot more representative of my career than a perfectly posed headshot ever could.

Real estate is personal. I’m walking through homes with your kids, hearing about your plans, learning what matters to your family, talking through big financial decisions, and sometimes apparently providing childcare during the showing. 😂

I know the numbers. I know the contracts. I know the market. But knowing my clients matters just as much.

I don’t think professionalism has to mean being overly polished or impersonal. You can be really good at what you do and still show up as an actual person.

That’s always felt a lot more like me.

If that feels like your kind of Realtor — or you’re just as nosy as a neighbor at an open house — follow along and say hey. 👋🏼

Some of my real estate dreams are practical—like lockboxes that cooperate and sellers having plenty of time between homes.

Others involve finishing an entire chapter by the pool without being interrupting my husbands underwater breath-holding experiment. 😂

But the dream that matters most? Handing someone the keys and watching it sink in: the search is over, the paperwork is finished and this place is finally theirs.

I never take for granted that I get to be part of that moment.

If your version of “finally home” hasn’t happened yet, I’d love to help you create a strategy for getting there. DM me “STRATEGY” to claim one of my Summer Strategy Sessions, and let’s figure out your next move together. 💕
