If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately…
Apparently, I’ve been too busy doing real estate things to post about doing real estate things! 😂
✔️ Showing properties
✔️ Meeting with clients
✔️ Preparing new listings for MLS
✔️ Taking listing photos
✔️ Changing out signs
✔️ Cleaning, decluttering & hauling off trash
✔️ Mowing/yard maintenance
✔️ Supervising a house that's getting a new paint job
✔️ Pressure washing a house (it's actually therapeutic)
✔️ Negotiating contracts & navigating inspections
✔️ Following up on approximately 5,432 different things
✔️ Researching and studying the latest market data
✔️ Taking classes to prepare for my broker exam
✔️ AND somehow trying to pack and move my own house! 🤪
In between all of that, I’ve been blessed with some pretty special moments, too...a wonderful visit with my son who is finally back in the USA (Thank you, Jesus!), a family gathering to remember, and a much-needed date night at the local county fair with my husband and daughter. ❤️
Real estate isn’t always the most glamorous job in the world (as seen on TV). Sometimes it’s dirty hands, sore muscles, late nights, problem-solving, and doing whatever needs to be done to take care of your clients...and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Thanks again for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to be part of your real estate journey. What a joy and privilege it is to serve, advocate for, and represent my clients.🏡
