An evening to remember at Pella Signature in Burr Ridge.

Last Wednesday, Mosaic Advisory Group and Henry Leong jointly hosted an investors' meeting bringing together a group of Asian American and Indian American investors and entrepreneurs for an introduction to the Hawthorne World family of companies and their sustainable, net-zero focused projects in Hawaii and across the mainland United States.

Hawthorne World’s founder & CEO Dr. Vish walked the delegates through current investment opportunities, including the planned redevelopment of Coco Palms Resort on Kauai and Garden Station a planned transit-oriented residential community in Villa Park, Illinois. The increased sustainability & profitability of net zero and geo thermal use were discussed at length.

A weekend we will talk about for a very long time.

Our booth at the AKKA convention was inaugurated by His Holiness Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji and Sri Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar. Having our work opened and blessed by two people who carry so much of Karnataka's spiritual and cultural legacy was not something anyone on our team took lightly.

We were also privileged to meet Sri H. D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel (the former Chief Minister of Karnataka) and to share with the delegates the Net Zero & Green communities we are building all over the United States.

But the moments that stayed with us were quieter than the photographs suggest. Families who have built their lives in this country, now looking for somewhere meaningful to place what they have earned. Conversations started with a handshake and ended with a plan. People who came to see a booth and left having introduced us to three others.

We came as grand sponsors, expecting to contribute. We are leaving having received a great deal more.

To AKKA, to the volunteers who ran a convention of this scale with such warmth and precision, and to everyone who walked in and stayed to talk, thank you.

The entire Hawthorne family of companies is already counting down to next year.
