For 641 Carson Avenue, that meant a trip to Atlantic City’s code enforcement office, speaking directly with staff, and getting an inspection completed that same day to help keep closing on track.

As a dual agent representing both the buyer and seller, clear communication, diligence, and follow-through have been essential throughout this process.

Today is a special day, it is move in day for my client Mike. This was a really cool transaction as I got to work with a retired military veteran who provided over 20 years of service. Mike’s punctuality, commitment to the process and attentiveness made this transaction very easy. We were able to find him a home in under a month.
