Attention To Everyone Interested In One Of Our Properties!!
I would like to take a moment to explain how our rental process works.
We do not charge application fees and make every effort to avoid charging for background checks. When inquiring about one of our properties, please follow our page and send a private message. Upon receiving your message, you will receive an automated set of questions. Please answer all questions thoroughly and provide complete, accurate information. Failure to fully or truthfully answer any questions may disqualify you from renting the property.
Once we have reviewed your responses, we may follow up with additional questions or schedule a viewing. After your questions have been completed, you will be added to our interest list.
We post properties as they become available (and occasionally in advance to give everyone notice). Even if you are already on our list, please send a private message when a property is posted so your interest is not overlooked. We do our best to respond to everyone on the list.
Please note that the list is not ordered on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritize applicants who are the best fit for each specific property (for example, matching the number of bedrooms needed).
Thank you,
IowaBoy Rentals
