3 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE! 🏡🔑
What a year it’s been! Year 3 was my biggest yet, closing $4.799 MILLION in sales volume, including three of my largest transactions to date at $572,000, $650,000, and $775,000!
This year also brought some big changes. I made the move from NextHome Brixwood in Geneseo to NextHome Prosper out of Buffalo and purchased my first investment property, a 4-unit apartment building! I’ve already renovated one unit and welcomed a new tenant, with the second renovation well underway.
But beyond the numbers, real estate has given me something even more valuable: freedom. The ability to travel to multiple countries, make memories, and spend more time with the people I love is something I’ll never take for granted.
What makes it even better is getting to share this career with family. Having my dad as my broker and working alongside both him and my aunt makes the journey that much more special.
Most importantly, THANK YOU to every client, friend, and family member who has supported me along the way. Every transaction, referral, and recommendation has helped me get to where I am today. None of this would be possible without your trust and support!
