Colony Landing is getting ready to go vertical! 🏗️

We've reached an exciting milestone at our 150-unit multifamily development in Bryan, Texas! With the drive lanes officially poured, we're preparing for lumber deliveries and vertical construction as we move into the next phase of development.

With a target completion of late Q3 2027, it's exciting to see this project come to life. And Colony Landing is just one example of the opportunities we're developing and evaluating at CREI Partners.

On Monday, Wayne made a quick trip to El Paso to spend time with a group of investors, discussing everything from passive income and cost segregation to potential investment opportunities.

While Wayne has certainly been logging some miles lately, these face-to-face conversations are an important part of what we do at CREI Partners.
