At five, you already have such a strong sense of self. You move with caution, take your time, and you prefer generosity (especially towards big sis Skyy, who doesn’t always reciprocate—but you don’t mind 🥴).

To mark this time, there are 5 sweet things about you at 5️⃣:

1. You love trailing with a fuzzy blanket around the house- the fuzzier the better!
2. You have a strict “no socks above the ankles” policy. 🤷🏽‍♀️
3. Wednesday (Chess Day!) and Friday (Tennis Day!) are the only days that truly matter.

SOLD & CLOSED! 🥂✨

Closing day is always a celebration; this kind stands out however given much of my business comes from referrals, but I met this wonderful family organically. What started as a professional connection quickly turned into something more—our kids became fast friends, leading to play dates, laughs, birthday party invites and of course tours all across Atlanta 😅.

The market didn’t cooperate during our first attempt, but we didn’t let that deter us. We waited, ☝🏽prepared☝🏽 and then pivoted our strategy on the home type and price point, and executed the new plan flawlessly 💎

Closed!🥂💫And just like that, the keys are in hand! 🔑🏡

Talk about a whirlwind—this makes city move number two in less than four years, and this time, they’re doing it with a new addition arriving in less than a month! We tackled the bulk of this journey from hundreds of miles apart, navigating the market through endless FaceTime tours, rapid-fire voice notes, and video updates.

Real estate requires a lot of trust, but doing it largely virtually takes a special kind of steadfastness. I am so incredibly grateful for the way these two leaned in and trusted my lead to get them home. Beyond being amazing clients, I’m honored to now call them friends.
