Congratulations on earning your masterโ€™s degree and happy 3rd work anniversary, Ces!

As one of the pioneers of our Graphic Design team, youโ€™ve helped build so much of what we have today, from our processes and templates to the skills youโ€™ve shared with everyone.

We still remember the almost 20 hours you spent teaching the team how to create different types of site plans. Grabe yung preparation, patience, and dedication that took! You put real effort into helping others learn. Our Site Plan Queen talaga! ๐Ÿ‘‘

Something we admire about you is how committed you become when you want to achieve something. You put in the work and give it your best. Earning your masterโ€™s while working is another example of that, and I hope you take a moment to appreciate everything youโ€™ve accomplished.

Great teams are made of people who show up, even when "showing up" means booking a flight.

The team hasn't always been in the same room. Most days, we're spread across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao... working remotely.

A few weeks ago, we changed that for one night. We had a meetup in Metro Manila.

A lot of people underestimate how powerful small improvements become over time.

One better habit.
One finished task.
One new skill learned.

Applying for jobs can be tiring.

You prepare everything, send your application,
