A displaced family doesn’t just need a place to stay. They need stability while the unexpected is being resolved.

And behind every successful insurance housing placement is a network of property partners, restoration professionals, and insurance-related stakeholders who understand that timing, communication, and the right fit matter.

That’s where NuBNB comes in.

We’re building a connected, referral-based platform designed around the realities of insurance housing — helping bring the right furnished properties and housing needs together when a covered loss disrupts someone’s home.

Because temporary housing isn’t simply about filling a vacancy. It’s about coordinating the right solution for a family, within the realities of an insurance claim.

Better connections. Smarter placements. A better housing experience.

That’s insurance housing, reimagined.

8 hours. One empty house. One fully furnished home.

In just 8 hours, the NuBNB team transformed an empty rental into a fully furnished home, ready to welcome a family displaced from theirs.

Because when a family loses the comfort of home, we believe the next chapter should start with more than just a place to stay.

It should feel like home.

Huge thank you to the NuBNB team for making it happen. This is what insurance housing reimagined looks like.

🎃 A haunted house, but make it insurance housing. 👻

A little Halloween humor for an industry built on relationships, teamwork, and finding the right fit.

At NuBNB, we’re proud to connect property owners, insurance professionals, and restoration partners to help families find housing when they need it most.

Wishing everyone a spook-tacular season! 🎃👻

Friday is where a productive week meets the opportunity to reset, reflect, and prepare for what’s ahead.

The most valuable progress isn't always measured by what gets done in a day, but by the consistency behind it.

Wishing everyone a strong finish to the week and an even better weekend.

Happy Friday from NuBNB.
