Welcome Graig!

Meet Graig Hale — a Southwest Virginia native with a lifelong passion for land, the outdoors, and the communities of our region.

After attending Virginia Tech and building a career in the outdoor television industry, Graig’s work took him across the country before eventually bringing him back home to the mountains of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee.

Over the past six years, Graig has built an impressive real estate career, selling more than $25 million in property representing over 8,000 acres. His experience has given him a deep understanding of land values, marketing, negotiation, and what makes every property unique.

For Graig, land is more than real estate — it’s personal. He brings the same passion for hunting, fishing, land management, and the outdoors to helping clients buy and sell property throughout the region.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him outside — hunting, golfing, managing land, or, most likely, fishing.

We’re excited to have Graig bringing his experience, work ethic, and love of the land to Path Real Estate.
