I can honestly say I loved every single second I spent with this sweet seller! ❤️ This beautiful property has been her own little piece of heaven for a long time, and leaving it behind wasn’t an easy decision. She’s moving to be closer to her daughter, and while I’m so happy for this next chapter in her life, I’m also a little sad to see her go!

But there’s something really special about seeing a place that has meant so much to someone become the beginning of someone else’s story. Our buyers are SO excited to start their new life here in Brewton, and I think seeing their excitement makes saying goodbye just a little bit easier. ❤️

Found at one of my properties this morning, and I just couldn’t leave her behind! ❤️

So before she becomes part of my next real estate transaction… does anyone want to give this sweet baby a loving home?! 🐱💕

Another double closing day! 🏡🏡❤️

Four families. Four completely different situations. And today, everything came together!

Both of these transactions have been in the works for several months, and after the recent storm damage, both required a little extra work, some creative thinking, and a few hurdles to get across. But thankfully, nothing we couldn’t work through! 🙌🏼

One buyer is just beginning a new chapter of her life here in Brewton, while another family is coming HOME to Brewton after being away for more than 45 years! How special is that?!

One seller has settled right into her cute little assisted living apartment and is happy as can be, while my other sellers are ready for a home with more room for their growing family.

I had the privilege of representing both the buyers and sellers in each transaction, and I’m just so thankful that everyone trusted me to help them get to this day.

Four families. Four different needs. All met. ❤️

And that’s what I love most about what I do. It’s never just about buying or selling a house. It’s about helping people get where they need to be, whatever that next chapter looks like.

Yesterday was a GREAT day! 🏡🏡❤️

Two closings, two sets of happy buyers, and two sets of happy sellers! 🙌🏼

And both of these closings have stories worth sharing!

One family made the move all the way from Kansas! They fell in love with their new property through a FaceTime tour with me, then made the trip to see it for themselves. And just 10 short days later, we were sitting at the closing table! How exciting is that?! 🥰

Our other buyers were looking for a little getaway from the hustle, bustle, and traffic of everyday beach life. Just somewhere to escape, slow down, and enjoy some peace and quiet. And I think they found exactly that! 🌳❤️

Two very different journeys, but I believe both families found exactly what they were looking for. And on the other side of these transactions were two sets of sellers who were ready to close one chapter and move on to the next.

I had the privilege of working with both the buyers and sellers in each transaction, and there’s something extra special about getting everyone to the closing table happy!

So thankful for the trust these families placed in me. Four happy families, two successful closings, and a whole lot to be thankful for! ❤️

🏡❤️ HAPPY CLOSING DAY! ❤️🏡

In the middle of all the chaos our little community has been facing, we were still able to pull off a closing this morning! 🙌🏼

Thankfully, this sweet home in Castleberry was spared from the storm damage, and we got to celebrate a little HAPPY in the midst of a difficult week!

And let me brag on my buyer for just a minute! This girl has her ducks in a row, and I am SO proud of her! Making big girl purchases and making big moves! 👏🏼🏡❤️ What an exciting accomplishment at such a young age!

And my sellers… goodness, they deserve some happy this morning! Even while dealing with their own mess from the storm, they have spent this week helping others in our community right and left. That’s just the kind of people they are. ❤️ I’m so thankful they got to close this chapter today and have a little blessing of their own in the middle of it all.

There’s still so much work to be done around us, but this morning was a sweet reminder that even in the middle of the hard stuff, there’s still plenty of good to celebrate.

And THANK YOU Thompson, Garrett, and Hines for keeping us on track for closing!! Congratulations to my buyer and sellers! So happy for ALL of you! ❤️🔑
