🍣 Temaki Joint off Baseline, for walk-in hand rolls

Louisville friends, here's what's moving into those empty buildings along McCaslin. 🏗️

✅ The old Sam's Club is now Relish, with pickleball courts and a food hall
🕒 The World Famous Dark Horse plans to reopen in the old Outback (bathroom doors included)

🎉 JUST SOLD

Another Boulder home has officially closed!

This updated condo near Downtown Boulder was a great opportunity, and I’m grateful to have helped make the process a smooth one from start to finish. From navigating the details to getting everything across the finish line, it’s always rewarding to see a transaction come together.
