Trying to decide what is actually worth doing before you list in Boulder?

- Repaint first if the walls feel dark, busy, or patchy.
- Refinish floors first if scratches or uneven stain show up across the main living areas.
- Replace lighting first if rooms read dim or the fixtures date the space.
- If you can only pick one, paint usually changes listing photos and first impressions fastest.
