Just some real talk and a few things your probably needed to hear about renting in Boston. 🙂‍↕️

Think beyond the photos. Consider how much time you’ll actually spend commuting, studying, working, and relaxing in the space. It’s not just an apartment but a place where your life unfolds.

Finding a new apartment can be exciting, but getting settled takes time. Learning a new neighborhood, figuring out your routine, making friends, and making a new space feel familiar doesn’t happen overnight.

Moving takes more planning than people expect and it's stressful. Think about transportation, storage, lease dates, and whether there’s a gap between moving out of one apartment and into another. Sometimes avoiding that entire process is a pretty nice perk.

Your address shapes your daily routine more than you realize. Think about how easily you can get to class, groceries, the T, work, and the places you actually spend time. A convenient location can make a busy college schedule feel a lot more manageable.

Before making your next move, think about what you genuinely enjoy about where you live now. If your space, location, and everyday routine are working for you, staying might be worth considering. Plus, you may be able to get some discounts and perks for renewing and staying.
