Congratulations to my client for closing on her condo and getting that water and Boston view she has always dreamed about! She was able to sell her Braintree single family home and downsize into a Quincy condo. I'm happy that we were able to do this buy and sell purchase smoothly all thanks to the great team of lenders, attorneys and agents on both sides.

Congrats to my client on getting his offer accepted on this commercial property! We have a long road to get zoning approval but we were able to work this into the purchase contingency so my buyer knows his business can run out of this former church! We have a great team established with his lender and closing attorney who is also well versed in Quincy zoning laws!
I'm ready to work hard to get this to the closing table!

Although we were on the market for a few weeks, we did a strategy change and a price drop which ended up getting us 3 offers! I'm excited for the new buyers and here's to a smooth transaction.

A huge congratulations to my sellers for finally closing on the sale of their family home that they have lovingly owned for several decades. Not all transactions go smooothly and there were some bumps along the way, but we still made it and were able to sell it for $25,000 over asking.
