So… Laura Khesin bought a new (very very old) house!
Originally built in 1895 as a summer house, we are back in our old Neighborhood (in Arlington still) and ready to return this beauty back to its former glory.
Cool part: it has 6 fireplaces.
Not so cool: the bedrooms only heating source are the fireplaces.
Now accepting wood deliveries.
The journey to renovate will take some time, but we’re up for the challenge.

The last of our September birthdays - Parker turned 12! He loves football, Lego, hanging with his friend, playing Madden, eating large bowls of rice with a little butter, fishing, and swimming.
But the best part is he came home from school and said “I can’t wait to spend my birthday with my family” ❤️.
Happy birthday to my mini me, and I hope you remember just a couple pieces of advice that I’m always trying to give you!

I am always amazed at the words clients use to describe our time working together! To me, I’m just doing my job at the highest possible level I’m capable of.
I understand how important (and stressful) buying or selling a home is. (I may have purchased and sold a few homes myself in the last 15 years…) Before real estate I was a personal trainer. And I’ve realized in both careers, I only had one goal - to help people. Life is hard enough on its own, so why not take your unique skills and knowledge and help as many people as you can. And that’s what I’m doing.

Congratulations to a long-time friend Rachel Bograd and now a new friend, Niko Katsikis on the purchase of their single family home in Natick. Parker watched his first football game when he was only 3 hours old (Monday night football Pats vs Chiefs after which we got the famous quote “We’re on to Cincinnati”). I’m guessing that’s what sparked his love for the game.
Since then he’s been watching football on Sundays, plays Madden, won our fantasy league in 3rd grade, collects football cards, played flag the last 3 years and now, ad of yesterday played in his first tackle football game!
I had a blast watching him play (and I get to be assistant coach since coaching 3 flag teams wasn’t enough this fall 😂) and can’t wait for the rest of the season!

Our “baby” turned 8! The best way to sum up Avery was what his 1st grade teacher said at his parent/teacher conference:
“He is going to rule the world one day”.
Avery knows what he likes, what he doesn’t, and will not budge on his beliefs. Confident, responsible, a leader, but still manages to somehow frequently fall going up ⬆️ the stairs and then cry for way too long about it.
Laura Khesin and I love you, and hope spending time with us will always be your favorite activity.
