Before buyers ever walk into your Greater Boston home, they’ve already scrolled through it on their phone.

Thinking about selling in the next 6 months? DM me “SELL” or tap the link in my bio.

That quick scroll is their first impression.

It’s what makes them book a showing, or keep scrolling.

And it’s not just Zillow and the MLS anymore.
It’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and every feed in between.

Going viral isn’t the goal.

Getting the right buyers excited about your home is.
Here’s what you get when we work together:

• Clear updates, so you always know where things stand
• Creative marketing built around your home’s story
• Elevated visuals that make buyers stop scrolling
• Guidance through every step, from prep to closing

Whether you’re selling a condo in South Boston, a single-family in Newton, or a colonial in Lexington, your home deserves more than a basic listing.

Planning to sell in Boston or the surrounding suburbs? DM me “SELL” or tap the link in my bio to get started.

Moving to Boston for a hospital or university job? Your commute deserves as much attention as your apartment.

Comment MOVE or DM me where you’ll be working, and I’ll send you a neighborhood shortlist.

A neighborhood can look perfect on a map.
It can feel very different after a late shift, an early start, or two transit connections.

Here’s what I’d focus on before you commit:

• Your actual workplace
Not just “Harvard” or “Mass General.” The exact campus or building. Longwood, Kendall Square, and the West End are different commutes.

• Your real schedule
Test the trip at the hours you’ll travel. Including after dark.

• Your everyday routine
Groceries, parking, the T, and what you want within walking distance.

• Time to learn the city
Renting first gives you room to explore before you buy.

Already renting while you settle in?

Use that time well.

Walk Jamaica Plain, Brookline, the South End, and Somerville on a Saturday.

Narrow your search before your lease deadline adds pressure.

Save this for your move. Send it to the friend relocating to Boston for their next chapter.

The best review I can get isn’t 5 stars. It’s someone handing their sibling my number.

📍JUST SOLD: 6 View South, Unit 3, Jamaica Plain

These buyers came to me through their sibling, a current client of mine :)

When someone you love says “call Melanie,” they’re putting their name on the line. I don’t take that lightly.

We had a clear plan, went through the inspection line by line, and negotiated on what mattered.

Their reward is life in JP: Jamaica Pond mornings, Arboretum weekends, Centre Street dinners, and the Orange Line at Forest Hills.

Referrals mean the world. Thank you for trusting me with your family. 🤍

Thinking about selling before Thanksgiving? Put down the renovation wish list. 🍂

You may not need a new kitchen. You may need less clutter, better lighting, and a pricing strategy that makes buyers pay attention.

Here’s where I’d focus:
• Clear the excess. Help buyers see the space instead of your stuff.
• Brighten things up. Shorter days make lighting—and your showing schedule—matter.
• Handle the noticeable fixes. Peeling paint, a dripping faucet, or a sticking door can distract from an otherwise great home.
• Price with the current competition in mind. Buyers are comparing your home to what else they can buy today.

A major renovation deserves a conversation about cost, timing, and likely return before you commit.

The goal is to make your home easy to appreciate—and your asking price easy to understand.

Save this if a fall sale is on your radar.

Wondering whether to list now or wait? DM me “TIMING.” I’ll give you an honest take based on your home, your local competition, and where you’re headed next.

You can renovate the kitchen. You can’t renovate the commute. 📍

Or move the house closer to your favorite coffee shop, the T, or the people you want to see more often.
The floor plan matters. But so does what happens after you walk out the front door.

Before you fall in love with a house, ask yourself:

• What would a Wednesday morning look like here?
• How much time would I spend driving?
• Is the daily routine I want actually possible in this location?

Born and raised in Greater Boston, I’ve lived in both the suburbs and the city. My job is to listen to what matters to you and help you find the pockets worth exploring.

What’s your neighborhood nonnegotiable: walkability, more space, or a shorter commute? Tell me below.
Have a move on your mind? DM me what you’re looking for. We’ll start with how you want to live.
