Representing buyers, sellers, and investors in Upstate South Carolina with pride, excellence, and integrity.

Brayfield Manor has captured the hearts of another pair of first time home buyers! The Roswell floor plan offers 2100 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths to create a spacious and welcoming flow. The community pool, dog park, central location to interstates, and tree lined lots made this neighborhood an immediate yes for my clients. I am so glad they reached out for their own representation during this process so they have someone representing their best interests 100% of the way!

When you buy new construction not all builders are the same! You can have the same listing price, but drastically different outcomes. This family toured two neighborhoods. They bought inside of a neighborhood they had no knowledge of until I recommended to visit.

The same price, ready to move in within a month versus 4 months, 300 a month less payment than the first neighborhood, washer and dryer included versus only kitchen appliances in the first, stainless appliances versus black, lpv throughout living area versus carpet, private cul de sac lot with trees and Tyger river in the back versus limited yard that backed up to other homes, and around 10k less cash due at closing.

This is why represention of your own is vital when purchasing new construction. This is the difference between being able to purchase versus having to continue to rent.

Let's talk numbers and quality..thats my bread and butter 💪✌️

I have so much compassion in my heart for this ministry. Delivering meals and seeing the joy the recipients have just from seeing someone and talking for a few minutes really keeps things in perspective.

Please consider making their entire day by surprising them with a bag full of very useful goodies! For some of the recipients this may be the only gift they receive this season.

Stay humble. Stay involved. Stay serving. 🫶❤️🎄

The location of this property is the star of the show! Minutes from downtown, the rail trail, Duncan Park lake, walking trails, tennis, and more! This is the perfect setting to renew and refresh this property for its next chapter with some love and design from my investor client. Stay tuned for the transformation of this one!

The phone calls, the pleading with operators to help, the jumpers, the people accepting that they were going to die. The children who grew up with no parent, the parents who lost their children. The service workers who went back in to help over and over.

I could not imagine the chaos, the emotions, the desperation, the fear.

This is not something that stays in a history book as we realize this was 25 years ago, we have to always choose to remember. They all woke up that day thinking they would go to sleep that night.

Life is precious. Live with intention. Remember those who are no longer with us and their families. ❤️🙏
