Congratulations to my awesome client on her newly renovated 2/2 condo overlooking the golf course at Fairways of Boca Lago! ⛳️💚

Representing the tenant, I negotiated the rental list price from $2,600 down to $2,300/month and made sure the property was move-in ready, including professional cleaning, new window treatments, and having every minor issue addressed by the owner prior to closing.

It was a pleasure helping my client find a place she can call home. Another successful rental deal and another happy renter! 🥳👏

CLOSED! Single-family home in Pompano Beach, Florida! 🏡🌴🎉🎉

Congratulations to my amazing clients and friends on becoming first-time homeowners! 🥳🥳

We started talking and planning last year after they were referred to me by a previous buyer. Throughout the entire process, they asked a lot of questions, were understanding, polite, nice, and super cool.

Working as their buyer’s agent, I connected them with my preferred lender , secured a $10,000 buyer credit, and helped save the deal after an inspection issue almost blew it up.

The first inspection company said the roof had zero years of life expectancy, which meant my buyers would not have been able to obtain homeowners insurance. I brought in a second inspection company, and their report came back with six years of remaining life expectancy. This allowed us to move forward and ultimately get the transaction to the closing table. 🙌

Problems can have solutions, and I'm a serious problem solver.

Congratulations to my client and now friend, originally from Kansas City, on the purchase of this beautiful single family home in the Seagate Country Club community!

Representing my client as the buyer’s agent, I negotiated a purchase price of $1.2M from a $1.35M list price and secured a $7,400 buyer’s credit after the inspection.

As always, I’m here from start to finish, guiding, educating, and delivering results.
