✨💝 New car, same girl, beautiful lesson! 🥰🙌🏻🤍 Happy Sunday, beautiful people! ❤️ If you know me, you know I’ve never cared much about brands or material things. But today, my heart is so happy!

Meet my new baby, my first BMW! 🥰🚙 But this isn’t really about the car. It’s about the journey!

At 18, living in Peru, I started my first business, traveling to the U.S., buying clothes, and selling them back home. With my earnings, I bought my first cara brown Hyundai for $5,000 CASH! The funniest part? I didn’t even know how to drive or have a license! 😂 I just knew I wanted that brown car! 😍

Fast-forward to 55 years young, and something beautiful hit me. 🥹💞 Every car I’ve had since I was 18, I’ve paid for myself through hard work, dedication, and determination! 💪🏻❤️ I’ve been blessed with generous people who offered me beautiful cars, but nothing compares to the pride of earning something yourself! ❤️

Now, the funny part! 😂 I walked into BMW knowing NOTHING about cars and told the sales team, “I’ve been in sales for over 40 years. I know numbers and negotiations! 😎 Skip the sales pitch! ChatGPT sent me here! White SUV, black interior, zero down, and here’s my budget. Deal?” 😂🤣

After some laughs and negotiating, we made it happen! 😍

And here’s my message, especially to young women: 💕. Believe in yourself, invest in yourself, and build your independence. Not because you have to do everything alone, but because knowing you CAN is empowering! 💪🏻💃🏻🔥. Receiving love and generosity is beautiful, but never let material things define your worth.

Success looks different for everyone, and every journey deserves celebrating! ❤️

My greatest treasures aren’t in my garage. They’re my children, family, friends, faith, peace, and all the love God has blessed me with. 🙏❤️

Today, I celebrate that 18-year-old girl in Peru who believed in herself and the woman she became. 🥹💞

My little mini me is growing up! 🥹💕 Sweet 16 and getting ready for Homecoming! Where did the time go?
Watching her become such a beautiful, kind, confident young lady fills my heart with so much love and gratitude. ❤️

Motherhood is one of life’s greatest blessings and responsibilities. Our children are our mirrors, our reflections, and hopefully, even better, upgraded versions of ourselves! Haha! 😂💕

Something I’ve learned along the way is that our children learn so much more from who we are than from what we tell them. The love we give, the example we set, the values we live by, and all those little sacrifices nobody sees eventually become part of who they are.

Parenting isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present, leading with love, building trust, and giving our children the confidence to become the best version of themselves.🤗💖

😍I’m so proud of all my kids. They are my greatest joy, my greatest teachers, and the most beautiful blessings God has given me. 🙏❤️ And the best part? As much as we help them grow, they help us grow too.🥹🥰💞💫

It’s not my birthday yet! 😅 But my heart is already full. 🥰🎂🎉

During our ninth Leadership Academy module, we came together to learn, grow, and celebrate our birthdays, including mine! 🥳🎉🥂💞 What made the day so meaningful wasn’t just the celebration, but being surrounded by people who made me feel truly seen, loved, and supported. 🥰🙏🏻✨

I feel incredibly blessed to share this journey with my Leadership Academy Class of 2026 and a REALTOR® family 💖 that has become so much more than a professional network.

One of our leaders, Chris, said something I will carry in my heart: 🥹 “Giani, you have a village behind you.” 💞

💝🎂 Hoy es el día en que Dios respondió una de mis oraciones más grandes y me envió a mi primer hijo, el niño con el que siempre había soñado. 🙌🏻❤️

Ahora, mirando la vida con los ojos del alma bien abiertos, entiendo que Dios no solo me envió un hijo. Me envió un alma antigua, un maestro y un guía. 🙏🏻✨

Y wow, ¡Dios sí que te dio una gran misión! 😂 Puso bajo tu cuidado a tres almas nuevas y medio locas: Tizzi, Stephanie y yo. Tres mujeres fuertes, emocionales y sin mucha idea de lo que estábamos haciendo, que claramente necesitábamos tu guía. A veces me pregunto qué habrás hecho en otra vida para recibir semejante desafío. 😂

Hoy viajas por el mundo ayudando a las personas a respirar, meditar y reconectarse con quienes realmente son. Pero mucho antes de enseñar a otros, ya nos mostrabas que la vida no se trata de posesiones, apariencias ni logros. Se trata de propósito, conexión con Dios y del amor y la paz que traemos al mundo. 🌎✨

También me enseñaste algo que espero llegue al corazón de todos los padres. A veces, sin darnos cuenta, ponemos nuestra propia mochila sobre los hombros de nuestros hijos y la llenamos con nuestros miedos, dolores y expectativas.

Nuestros hijos no son responsables de rescatarnos ni sanarnos. Tienen su propio camino y sus propias lecciones.

💝🎂Today is the day God answered one of my greatest prayers and sent me my first child, the little boy I had always dreamed of. 🎂❤️

Now, looking at life with the open eyes of my soul, I understand that God didn’t just send me a son. He sent me an old soul, a teacher, and a master. 🙏🏻✨

And wow, God gave you quite an assignment! 😂 He placed three crazy new souls in your care: Tizzi, Stephanie, and me. Three strong-willed, emotional, clueless souls who clearly needed your coaching and guidance. Sometimes I wonder what you did in a previous life to receive this challenge! 😂

Today, you travel the world helping people breathe, meditate, and reconnect with who they truly are. But long before you became a teacher to others, you were already teaching us that life is not about possessions, appearances, or achievements. It is about purpose, our connection with God, and the love and peace we bring into this world. 🌎✨

You also taught me something I hope reaches every parent. Sometimes, without realizing it, we place our own backpack on our children and fill it with our fears, pain, struggles, and expectations.

When you were young, I asked you to be the man of the house because I was trying to survive. I didn’t understand that I was placing an adult responsibility on the shoulders of my little boy. I understand it now, and I am sorry. ❤️

Our children are not responsible for rescuing or healing us. They have their own path and their own lessons.

So today, Salva, I release you from anything you ever felt responsible for carrying for me. God has my back. You don’t need to rescue me or fix anything for me.

Travel light, my son. 🕊️ Put down every backpack that doesn’t belong to you. Follow your purpose and keep sharing the beautiful gifts God placed within you.
