Some of my favorite client relationships start with a simple cup of tea.

Many years ago, I met Sophia, a longtime Boca Winds resident who spent as much time on the golf course as she possibly could. We got to talking and discovered that a family member of mine worked at her golf course. That small connection turned into an invitation to her home for her famous banana bread and tea, which we enjoyed outside in her beautiful tropical garden. She had invited me back when her bananas were ripe, and I never forgot that kindness.

Sophia introduced me to her son, Jim, just in case she ever needed to sell her home. Now in her 90s, the time had come for Jim to take the lead. When he called and asked for help, I could hear how overwhelming it all felt. Emptying a home filled with a lifetime of belongings is a big job, and an emotional one.

So the Bellante Team stepped in and took care of everything:

What a morning! ☕🥞

Our October Networking Breakfast was such a great turnout this month! It was so good to see so many familiar faces, and so many new ones too. Good food, great conversation, and a room full of people who truly love what they do.

This is what I love most about our business: it's built on relationships. Every connection made over a plate of pancakes today could turn into a referral, a partnership, or a friendship down the road. I'm grateful for everyone who took the time to come out and be part of it.
