Royal Palm Properties

Royal Palm Properties (RPP) began in 1985 as a specialty boutique real estate agency (within Arvida), providing high-end services to an exclusive clientele. Consistent exceptional service has been the driver behind our worldwide expansion and international recognition as a top-tier real estate service provider. Today, we are a global leader in the sale and lease of premium residential real estate in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. Owner and Broker David W. Robert is a long-time resident of the area and an active community member. He has consistently sold more Royal Palm homes than all other real estate companies combined. To support the brand, David works with 6 carefully hand-selected full-time staff, who are sought out for their professionalism, expertise, and unparalleled knowledge of the market and of Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. Our brokerage is dedicated to treating all clients with respect and understanding. We have committed ourselves to provide the best customer service possible and always strive to go above and beyond for every client we meet. Our inventory is continually growing as new homes are listed. As soon as a new home is put up for sale, our staff becomes familiar with it so that we can answer all of your questions promptly and efficiently. We will arrange a house visit between the buyer and seller at a time that is mutually convenient for both and we keep our availability flexible. We understand that you are busy and will always do our best to work within your schedule.
