🏆 A special thank-you to Boca Gardens!

Mark and I are proud to be recognized as Lang Realty’s Top Listing Team for the Central Boca office for August 2026. In an office filled with accomplished agents, this achievement means so much—and we’re especially thankful to the neighborhood at the heart of our business: Boca Gardens. ❤️

With over 170 homes sold in Boca Gardens and more than 50% of the community’s current listings represented by The Miller Team, we couldn’t be more grateful to be your trusted neighborhood agents.

To every neighbor who has chosen us, referred a friend, or recommended our team—thank you! Your trust and support mean the world to us.

🎁 We love giving back! As a small thank-you, everyone who comments on this post will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card from The Miller Team. We’ll draw the winner on October 15! Tell us something you love about Boca Gardens, or simply say hello! 👋

Whether you’re ready to sell or just wondering what your home is worth, we’re always happy to help. 🏡

🎃👻 Does anyone know if the community is planning a Halloween decorating contest this year?

We’ve enjoyed contributing gift cards in the past, although we weren’t included last year, and we’d love to join the spooky fun again! 🕸️🦇

We’d be happy to put together a Halloween decorating contest with gift cards and buckets of treats for prizes! 🍬🏆

Let us know if there’s already something in the works—or if you’d be interested in participating. We enjoy giving back to the community!!!
Let’s give the neighborhood something to BOO about! 👻🎃

A little history…

✨ Another One Under Contract in Boca Gardens! ✨

This one is extra special to us ❤️ — it belongs to dear friends and former neighbors on the street we lived, and we are so honored they trusted us to help them through this next chapter.

We truly love Boca Gardens, and we hope it shows… because this is now our THIRD home under contract in the community this month 🙌
✔️ One still available
✔️ Another one hitting the market next week 👀

Even better — we are beating the current days on market by a HUGE margin, and that’s not by accident. It’s strategy, pricing, and knowing this neighborhood inside and out.

If you’re thinking about selling, curious about your value, or just need a trusted vendor — we’re always here.

📞 Call The Miller Team anytime — we’ve got you.

🌴✨ UNDER CONTRACT in Boca Gardens ✨🌴

This one hits a little different for us…

After sitting with another agent and seeing little to no traffic or offers, we were brought in to take a fresh approach. With the right pricing strategy, marketing, and exposure—we were able to generate strong activity and get this home under contract quickly and exactly where our seller wanted to be 🙌

Boca Gardens is a community we know inside and out—because we don’t just sell here…
👉 we lived there and we’ve sold over 175+ homes right here in Boca Gardens

That experience matters. Knowing the buyers, the models, the pricing, and what actually gets homes SOLD makes all the difference.

If your home isn’t getting the attention it deserves—or you’re even thinking about selling—let’s talk strategy.

Hi Boca Gardens!

All of the golden eggs have officially been delivered—and we had so much fun playing bunny for the day 🐰✨

Each egg is filled with little surprises, including cash, gift cards, and other goodies, so be sure to open them up and enjoy every bit!

If you snagged one, we would absolutely love to see it—feel free to take a picture with your prize and share it with us!

Thank you for always showing us so much love. We’re so happy we could give a little back.

Happy Easter, Boca Gardens!

Update: All 5 eggs have been claimed. Let’s see who get the 💶Benjamin!

Hello Boca Gardens Community 💛

I wanted to share a quick update—today the Boca Gardens manager let me know that I’m not able to place the five Golden Eggs throughout the community this year.

Of course, I will respect that decision, although I was a bit surprised. Over the years, I’ve truly enjoyed giving back by supporting community events through donations. In fact, prior to this, I had offered to donate the Golden Eggs to be included in the community egg hunt, but unfortunately did not receive a response—even after contributing to past events. I am not sure why my donations have recently been refused.

While that was a bit disheartening, my goal has always simply been to bring something fun and positive to our neighborhood.

That said… I’m not letting the fun stop 😊

I’d still love to spread some Easter joy, so the first 5 neighbors who comment that they’d like a Golden Egg will receive one personally delivered to their doorstep this Saturday! 🐰✨

Each egg is filled with surprises—cash, candy, gift cards, and more.

Thank you all for always being such a wonderful and supportive community. It truly means so much to us.

And as always, this page is meant to be a positive space for neighbors—so I kindly ask that conversations remain respectful and constructive.

Happy Easter from all of us at
The Miller Team Real Estate 🐣
