Being a realtor should come with a warning label… because some of these charges are REAL. 🚨🏡

Showing “just one more house” at 7 PM.

Driving 30 minutes to a showing just to hear, “Hmm… I don't really like the kitchen.”

Sending 25 listings and getting back, “We decided to wait for now.” 🫠

Negotiating like your life depends on it because you KNOW this is the one for your client.

Answering calls after hours because apparently, the words “business hours” don't exist in real estate. 😂

And the biggest crime of all? Caring WAY too much about finding the perfect home for your clients. 🤍🔑

Realtors, what's the most ridiculous thing you've been “guilty” of doing for a client? 😂👇

I'll go first: Spending 3 hours finding the perfect homes, sending listings, planning showings… just for the client to hit you with, “We’re gonna wait until rates drop.” 🫠💀
