A big congratulations to David and Heather on finding their very first home!! After about a month of searching, these two found a home that not only fits their budget but gives them the opportunity to make it their own over the years. And honestly, that’s one of my favorite things about buying your first home. It doesn’t have to be perfect on day one. One of my favorite things about real estate is getting to work with past clients again. There’s something so special about someone trusting you with such a big decision, not just once, but multiple times!
