September’s Montgomery County market snapshot is here! 🏡

This month brought a mix of rising prices, softer buyer activity, and a noticeable increase in available homes compared to last year.

A few September highlights:
📈 Median sale price reached $469,000, up 8.1%
🏡 738 homes sold, up 3.7%
📋 New listings totaled 877, down 3%
👀 More than 12,800 showings took place
⏱️ Homes spent a median of 10 days on the market

The takeaway? Prices continue to climb, but buyer activity has cooled, and inventory is finally starting to open up. Sellers still benefit from quick-moving homes, while buyers may see slightly more options than last fall.
