7 Brew Coffee is coming soon to 3311 Benchwood Rd. in Dayton! The new location will bring 7 Brew’s drive-thru coffee experience to the former Frisch’s site.

Anchor Associates represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction, with Jason Gibson handling both sides of this exciting deal!
