Our 2026 United Way campaign has officially wrapped, and we're proud to share that together, we raised $484,653, exceeding our goal of $375,000!

As a multifamily owner and operator, we understand that strong communities are built on more than housing alone. They depend on access to resources, support systems, and opportunities that help individuals and families thrive. Through our longstanding partnership with United Way, we're proud to support that work in the cities and neighborhoods we serve.

The Power of Us starts with the communities we serve.

For nearly 30 years, Arlington Properties has partnered with United Way, and this October our associates are once again leading the way through our annual giving campaign. At this year’s kickoff meeting, Tammy Wyble, President of Property Management, shared Arlington’s “why” behind our longstanding partnership with United Way and our commitment to supporting the communities we call home.

As a multifamily owner and operator, we see every day how much a stable home matters, and how much it depends on the support around it. United Way helps make that support possible, connecting families with housing assistance, food security, education, and financial stability resources in the cities we call home.

Strong communities make for strong neighborhoods, thriving residents, and lasting value. That’s why investing in them has always been part of how we do business.
