🍂 Your fall bucket list starts at home! 🏡

A little home maintenance, a few cozy touches, and plenty of seasonal fun—now that’s a fall checklist we can get behind! As you’re making plans for pumpkin patches and apple picking, give your home a little attention, too.

🛠️ Handle the essentials. Clean dryer vents, check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and tackle worn weatherstripping and exterior gaps.

🏡 Bring on the cozy. Give your front porch a fall makeover, refresh a favorite room, and show your lawn and outdoor spaces some love.

🎃 Make room for fun. Head to a pumpkin patch or apple orchard—and get a jump on planning and saving for holiday gifts!

You don’t have to tackle everything in one weekend. Save this checklist and check off a little at a time!

It’s easy to assume that an online estimate tells the whole story — but pricing a home involves a lot more than an algorithm. Market trends, neighborhood nuances, condition, upgrades, and buyer demand all play a role. A thoughtful, local analysis can make a big difference in understanding true value. 🏡✨ If you’re curious what your home is actually worth in today’s market, let’s take a closer look together — send me a message.
