We are officially on record!💃🏽🎉

My client was purchasing her first investment property, and while the journey came with some stressful moments, my job was to make sure she didn’t have to carry that stress alone.

Together with our amazing lender Shawn Maxwell Homepoint Lending , we worked through the financing and transaction details, negotiated strategically on her behalf, and ultimately secured an amazing seller credit PLUS upgrades to the property. And here’s where strategy really mattered: we were able to use a portion of that seller credit to buy down my client’s interest rate, helping make the financing more favorable for her.

In fact, we negotiated so much in credits that we had additional funds remaining. Now THAT is the kind of problem I don’t mind having. 😉💰
