We are still at a loss for words over the turnout at our Fall Client Appreciation Event on Sunday!

What an incredible day filled with familiar faces, laughter, fun, and so many people who mean the world to us!

One of our favorite parts of the day was getting to catch up with people we hadn't seen in a while, share some laughs, and spend time with the people who have supported us along the way.

As EXIT Realty Key Group continues to grow and expand, we're excited to add a second Administrative Team Member to our office family!

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy office environment.

📋 Job Responsibilities:
• Daily bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks
• Creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets
• Organizing and maintaining digital and physical office files
• Data entry and accurate record management
• Assisting with invoices, expenses, and general office accounting
• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Supporting our agents and leadership team with administrative needs
• Helping maintain efficient systems and an organized workplace

✅ Qualifications We're Looking For:
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Dependable, professional, and trustworthy when handling confidential information
• Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office management experience preferred
• Real estate industry experience preferred, but not required!

✨ Position Details:
• Flexible scheduling
• Full-time or part-time opportunity
• Pay based on experience and qualifications
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding local business

We're a close-knit team that values hard work, communication, and people who take pride in what they do. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating organization, finding solutions, and helping a team succeed!
